Risk Rating 2.0: In October of 2021, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), managed by FEMA, rolled out a new risk rating system for all flood insurance policies. This includes new pricing methodology which uses technology and general rebuilding information to deliver rates that are intended to be more accurately sound, equitable, and easier to understand. Wagley Agency Insurance Group works closely with clients to make sure they are informed of these changes and address any questions about how they might affect them.

Private Flood Markets: In addition to the NFIP flood policies, we can also offer you private flood insurance, which may be more affordable. Private flood insurance companies do not use any of the same rating factors as NFIP, so these separate rates could be very beneficial to our clients.
